2.  Completed IB Student Essay (below)

3.  1st term Report Card (obtain from current school)

4.  Completed Level 1 Course Request Form (below)

5.  Completed Transfer Request Form (below)

6.  Completed Bursary Application (below, if applicable)

Students wishing to apply to the International Baccalaureate Program at HHM must also have the following completed: 

1. Four Teachers individually complete and submit the Teacher Recommendation Google Form (below).  Teachers of core subject areas and/or Guidance Counsellor is preferred.
