Students wishing to apply to the International Baccalaureate Program at HHM should ensure they have the following uploaded to the Application Upload Form:

1.  Completed IB Application Form

2.  Completed Student Essay (#7 on application form)

3.  1st term Report Card

4.  Completed Level 1 Course Request Form

5.  Completed Transfer Request Form 

6.  Completed Bursary Application (if applicable)

7.  4 Teacher Recommendation Forms (Core subject areas and/or guidance counsellor)
