Transfer Requests

Students wishing to transfer to Holy Heart of Mary Regional High School must email the required documents to holyheartreghigh@nlesd.ca :

1.  Completed Transfer Request Form

2.  Completed Student Data Form

3.  Completed Chromebook Agreement Form

4.  Completed Technology Agreement Form

5.  Completed Media Consent Form

6.  If not already done, please ensure you have an applicable Course Registration Form completed

7.  Provide NL Power Bill as proof of address

8.  If the student is in grade 11 or 12 and attended a school outside NL, please include Official Transcripts (in English) from the previous school(s) for all high school years completed.

*Please allow 2-7 days for processing

Complete all documents in the above section for In-Province Transfers as well as the below. Email to holyheartreghigh@nlesd.ca :

If student is a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident:

1. Proof of Canadian Citizenship (birth certificate, citizenship certificate) OR child(ren)'s PR Card or Confirmation of Permanent Residency

2. The parent/guardians government issued ID

If student is not a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident:

1. Parent/Guardian valid study or work permit

2. A document with child(ren)'s full name and date of birth (passport or birth certificate)
